What countries is I Do Diary available in?

Currently we offer our products in both New Zealand and Australia through our e-commerce store. We are also available in-store at various bridal store retailers across the country. Please contact us if you wish to find your closest retailer.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For standard orders of our wedding planner books, we offer same-day shipping on orders placed before 3pm.As we’re based in the North Island, delivery is usually overnight for most North Island addresses, while South Island deliveries may take up to 3 days.You’ll receive live tracking updates directly from NZ or Australia Post once your order is on the way.For our customers in Australia, we have a local distributor who works hard to dispatch your order within 1–3 days of purchase.If you’ve requested customisation, please allow up to up to 3 days for processing before your order is shipped.

Do you offer individualised order requests?

What is your returns policy?
