I Do Diary specialises in wedding planning products and gifts. I Do Diary is your go-to for wedding planning must-haves – from our best-selling wedding planner books to curated gifts and tools designed to help brides plan their dream day with style and ease.
What countries is I Do Diary available in?
Currently we offer our products in both New Zealand and Australia through our e-commerce store. We are also available in-store at various bridal store retailers across the country. Please contact us if you wish to find your closest retailer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For standard orders of our wedding planner books, we offer same-day shipping on all purchases placed before 3 pm. As we’re based in the North Island of New Zealand, delivery is typically overnight for most North Island addresses, while South Island deliveries may take up to 3 days.
You’ll receive live tracking updates directly from NZ Post or Australia Post once your order is on its way.
For our Australian customers, please allow 3–10 business days from the date of purchase, as orders are shipped from New Zealand. If you need your order sooner, select the Express option for faster delivery (2–5 business days).
Digital Products:
If you’ve ordered a digital product, you’ll be asked to request access via Google Drive due to the large file size. We’ll approve your access as quickly as possible – always within 24 hours.
Do you offer individualised order requests?

What is your returns policy?
At I Do Diary, we offer a Happiness Guarantee – Love your wedding planner book, or return it within 7 days of receiving for a full refund – no questions asked!
